How do I customize my canvas order?
You can personalize your canvas by entering your custom text, names, or dates in the provided fields on each product page. Our design team then manually adjusts the layout to ensure your art looks perfect before printing.
When will my order arrive?
Standard production takes 2-4 business days, with shipping taking an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
What materials do you use for your canvases?
We use premium, museum-grade canvas and UV-resistant inks to prevent fading. Each piece is hand-stretched over a sturdy 1.25-inch deep wooden frame to ensure long-lasting durability and a professional finish.
Do you offer a preview of the design before printing?
Yes, for specific custom designs, we can provide a digital proof upon request. Please include a note in your order or contact our support team immediately after purchasing if you wish to review the layout.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Since our products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your canvas arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, we will provide a free replacement immediately.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the item has entered the production or shipping phase, we are unable to redirect the package.
